Dr. Chou is very good at what his doing. He gave me an overall evaluation as a follow-up after an emergency blooding and terrible pain. He carefully did root canal on one of my teeth. I was a bit nervous every time seeing a dentist but he is trustworthy. I just wish the chair could be a bit more comfortable and the angle of chair is a bit too low on my head side that made me suffocated a bit during the procedure but I didn’t want to interrupt him. I am happy with the result now. No pain and no sensitivity anymore.

This Establishment is the best that I have been to. Every staff member was so receptive and helpful and the dental team was very professional and caring. I would recommend Dr Chou and his team to everybody any day. Thank you Elite Endodontics of San Diego for being the best at all that you do.

Dr. Park and his assistant were amazing. I came in for three root canals and was not sure what to expect because I have never had a root canal. Dr. Park was incredibly thorough in his explanations of what he was doing while he was performing the operation and his assistant was so in tune with every step their process was so incredibly streamlined I was left in awe. Dr. Park also has a very calm and kind demeanor and his energy was a comfort during an experience that had me so nervous at first I started to shiver. The ladies at the front desk where also very kind and pleasant to interact with. All in all the whole practice was a tightly run ship and would definitely recommend. Dr. Park was a bit of a perfectionist and took extra time to make sure the fix was exactly as he wanted. Very pleased to have my teeth back to normal. Thank you Elite Endodontics!

I respect health care professionals but I have to write something in this case. I was referred to Elite by my dentist for a root canal, I took his advice and went there. The office staff is very unresponsive and not well trained. I have placed four calls and talked to them about the charges and insurance claims, and yet after 4 months there is no call back or any resolution. The staff does not know how to file or look up claims properly. My insurance has paid the charges, yet but the dentist office is unable to find their own claims. I have asked to talk to Dr. Chou but have not received a call. They are either heavily understaffed or don't care. There are many other options there for good care and responsive front desk. Here are some of the excerpt responses from my many calls to the front office at various times: "I am not in the office, I am driving, I will call you later." "I can't find your claim." "I usually don't work at the front desk, so I am not sure how to help you. We will call you back." "We filed a claim, oh but wait we didn't use your correct ID. We'll call you back."

I came here to get a 2nd opinion on my tooth extraction. The first dentist had recommended I get an extraction due to a root canal gone awry. Dr. Chou was able to look at my scans and determined that he can try to save my tooth. After a quick consultation and a pretty swift re-root canal, my tooth feels way better. I was only sore for a day, with pretty minimal sensation. It was so minimal that ibuprofen was able to take care of it easily. Dr. Chou has a very professional attitude and is knowledgeable/courteous. His office was high tech and definitely very modern. Dr. Chou's assistants were very kind and meticulous with working alongside him. You feel like you're being taken care of, and that's honestly all you can ask for.
